1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kitayamachu ("kitayamachu", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kitayamachu website located at kitayamachu.vip and all related services, games, and features made available thereon.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using the kitayamachu platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the kitayamachu platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with kitayamachu's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and kitayamachu.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the kitayamachu platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the kitayamachu platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of kitayamachu or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from kitayamachu or be subject to any self-exclusion programme applicable to the platform.

kitayamachu reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. Any winnings accrued during a period of unverified access may be voided at the sole discretion of kitayamachu.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the kitayamachu platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. kitayamachu reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated therewith.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details as they appear on your government-issued identification. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kitayamachu login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify kitayamachu immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. kitayamachu shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 KYC Verification

kitayamachu is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide such documentary evidence of identity, address, and source of funds as kitayamachu may reasonably require. This process is a one-time requirement and must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted identification documents include SSS cards, UMID cards, Philippine driver's licences, and Philippine passports.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kitayamachu currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20). Available payment methods are subject to change at kitayamachu's discretion with reasonable notice provided to players.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the kitayamachu platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. kitayamachu bears no responsibility for currency conversion losses or charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. kitayamachu does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which kitayamachu bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing to GCash and Maya is typically completed within minutes of approval; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. kitayamachu reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns.

4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching

Unless exceptional circumstances apply and kitayamachu expressly approves otherwise, withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. kitayamachu will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to you personally.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kitayamachu may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all kitayamachu bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific wagering multiples (e.g., 30×, 40×) are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal and may only be used by the registered account holder. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• kitayamachu reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. kitayamachu will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the application of bonus terms, kitayamachu's determination shall be final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the kitayamachu platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

kitayamachu's casino games are powered by internationally certified providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited and certified for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the long-term statistical average return to players and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kitayamachu platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account on kitayamachu under any circumstance.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in a manner that is not consistent with legitimate human gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in games or the platform. Any gains derived from technical errors must be reported to kitayamachu immediately and will be reversed.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated activity designed to defraud kitayamachu or other players in multiplayer games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of any kitayamachu software.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kitayamachu platform — including but not limited to the kitayamachu brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and data — is the property of kitayamachu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kitayamachu platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any kitayamachu content without prior written authorisation.

9. Responsible Gaming

kitayamachu is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kitayamachu shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from technical failures beyond kitayamachu's reasonable control.

kitayamachu does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and third-party service outages may result in temporary unavailability of some or all kitayamachu services.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kitayamachu's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

kitayamachu collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing regulations. By registering on kitayamachu, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kitayamachu implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and secure encrypted storage for data at rest.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kitayamachu reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on record and/or by prominent notice on the kitayamachu website. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the kitayamachu platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the closure procedures described in your account settings.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and kitayamachu, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules, or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
